Abstract: This paper introduces a demographic model of genetic expansion (through selection or other reproductive advantages) of allosomes amidst genetic mixing of the population based on autosomal structure. It is demonstrated that the latter process occurs significantly faster, which is important importance for selection strategies and interpreting results in paleo- and archeogenetics.
